Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to AMA eSIM. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms below. Please read carefully before continuing.

AMA eSIM is operated by 3AM GROUP L.L.C. (a limited liability company, Business Registration No. 812130334, registered in the Republic of Kosovo). Registered office: Pajazit Islami 1, Fushë Kosovë, Kosovo.

1. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited package description

Unlimited packages from AMA eSIM give you uninterrupted internet for the entire validity period of the package. Speed is capped at up to 3 Mbps, which is enough for:

  • everyday use (messaging, email, social media)
  • voice and video calls in standard quality
  • browsing and using online apps

This speed may not be suitable for high-quality video streaming or very data-intensive applications.

Conditions

  • Internet is unlimited at a capped speed of up to 3 Mbps.
  • The speed cannot be increased beyond this level, regardless of usage.
  • The service is intended for personal use only.

2. Device Compatibility

Important

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is carrier-unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology before making a purchase. We are not responsible for problems arising from incompatible devices.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in cases where the problem is on our side. If the service was activated correctly and there are no technical problems on our side, no refund is offered. For more details, see the Refund Policy.

4. Service Availability

You should verify whether the countries where you wish to use the service are covered by our list. The list of covered countries may change. We recommend checking regularly for updates.

5. Delivery Policy

After payment is confirmed, the eSIM QR code is sent immediately to the email address provided. In rare cases, there may be delays of up to 15 minutes due to security checks.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address during the purchase process. We are not responsible if the QR code is sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

6. Lawful Use

The service must be used in accordance with all local and international laws and regulations.

7. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, prohibited data traffic, VPN use in restricted countries, or any abuse that violates these terms.

8. Security

You are responsible for protecting your data and for ensuring your device is safeguarded against unauthorized access while using our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All copyright and intellectual property rights related to AMA eSIM services are reserved. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

11. Payments

Payments on the website and in the mobile apps are processed through our payment partners for card payments and supported digital methods. Prices may vary by region or promotional campaign. The customer is responsible for any applicable fees or taxes.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any change will be published on our website. If the changes are material, you will be notified by email or in-app notification.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If this is not achieved, disputes will be resolved through arbitration under applicable law.

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pristina.
