Immediately after payment. Within about 5-10 seconds, you'll receive an email with the QR code, direct installation link to your phone, and complete instructions. If you don't see the email, check Spam/Promotions as well.

The package days do NOT start when you buy it, but when the eSIM connects to the network in the destination country for the first time. You can buy and install it today, and the days start counting only when you arrive there and turn on Data Roaming.

Yes, it's actually recommended. You can buy it a few days or weeks in advance, install it at home with Wi-Fi, and only when you arrive at your destination activate Data Roaming so the first day of the package starts.

Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan → Use QR Code and scan the code you received in the email. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi during installation.

On most Samsung/Android: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager / SIM cards → Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan → scan the QR code from the email.

You can delete it, but we don't recommend it immediately. You can keep the same eSIM and refill it as many times as you want through the "Refill eSIM" button in the order email or our refill page.

No. Once an eSIM is activated on a device, it's linked only to that device. If you change phones, you need to buy a new eSIM for the new device.

1. Check if Data Roaming is active for the AMA eSIM line. 2. Go to Mobile Data / Cellular Data and make sure the AMA eSIM eSIM is selected as the primary internet line. 3. Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds and turn it off again.

Speed depends on local operator coverage. In crowded tourist areas or isolated areas, the phone may switch from 5G to 4G/3G. You can try manually selecting another network in Network Selection or moving closer to an area with better signal.

Refill means adding a new internet package to the same eSIM you already have installed. You don't need to scan a new QR code - just buy the new package and we'll add it automatically to your eSIM.

You have two ways: From the order email - click the "Refill eSIM" button and select the new package. From our refill page, where you enter the eSIM ID and select the package.

Yes, if you refill the same package. For example, if you have the Europe package and refill again with a Europe package - regardless of how many GB it has - the system will first consume the old package and then the new one.

The package is added immediately after you complete payment. Right after the refill, you'll also receive a confirmation email showing the refill was successful.

Yes. You just need the other person's ESIM ID. You can enter it in the dedicated field or open the refill page from the button in the email. The package will be automatically added to that ESIM after purchase.

If you're just refilling the same package, you don't need to do anything - continue using it normally. If you've refilled for an upcoming trip, just select "AMA ESIM" in Mobile Data and make sure Data Roaming is active.
